About Sigrid

Sigrid O'Callaghan is a Clinical Psychologist and Psychotherapist with more than 25 years' experience. She has worked in the public sector and private health services where she held positions as Senior Counsellor and Service Coordinator. She lectured at private training institutions in Sydney and Brisbane. Sigrid is an experienced clinical supervisor and has worked in this role at the Queensland University of Technology since 2006. Sigrid established her private practice in Albany Creek in 2007.

Sigrid assists her clients with a wide range of emotional and behavioural issues, drawing on established interventions to help clients feel and cope better. She sees adults, adolescents and children between the ages of 5 – 12.

Sigrid has a special interest in psychoanalytic psychotherapy and facilitating emotional growth within a caring relationship.
